The predominant narrative in the entrepreneurship industry is that the solution to every problem is capital. More money. More growth. More glory. And of course, pushing more loans or equity investment funds to small businesses continues the flow of wealth and assets towards an ever smaller and richer sliver of the population.
I’ve taken this pandemic as an opportunity to shift my purchasing power to the greater good. With that in mind, here are four actions you can take to help out small businesses this Small Business Saturday, Nov. 28.
