A few tips about using the Acuity registration system for class registration:

Howdy entrepreneurial friends! If running your business (even one-person freelancer situations) feels super cray during this pandemic, you're not alone.
Whether you’re running a cafe, a software firm or a solo freelance business, being in charge of steering the ship when everything feels upside down is especially disorienting. So I designed this workshop to give us a space to exhale, acknowledge those feelings, and put calm thought towards how to shape the next year, in supportive community with fellow indies and entrepreneurs.
I’ll walk participants through some simple and valuable exercises to identify priorities, evaluate resources and set goals for 2021 with a focus on:
- Operations: What new products or services might you develop next year?
- Marketing: What will your messaging, promo and campaigns be?
- Bookkeeping and admin: What improvements can you make to these critical systems?
- Managing your team: Do you have the help you need, and are you managing them well?
- Work/life balance: Are you where you want to be? How can you prioritize physical and mental wellness through all that you do?
